We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed the following business day.

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Fridays. Delivery and processing times may be longer than normal during peak periods such as sales times, Christmas and Mother's Day. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak times.

Your order is shipped from our warehouse in Australia, goods may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable in your country before delivery can be made.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the Australia. Please check with your local government authority before ordering if you are unsure.

Packages undeliverable by any carrier and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our warehouse, minus delivery charges.
