This Streamliner Cream Gel Eyeliner makes statement eyeliner easy to achieve!

Its bold formula has a modern matte finish and dries to a completely smudge-proof, perfect pigment.

Comes with an integrated in-handle angled brush for flawless application.

Ingredients

Isododecane, Ceresin, Polyisobutene, Starch, Silica, Microcrystalline Wax, Paraffin, Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E), Aloe (Vera) Barbadensis Leaf, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract, Chlorphenesin, Benzyl Alcohol, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, May Contain (+/-): Iron Oxides (Ci 77491, Ci 77492, Ci 77499), Ultramarine Blue (Ci 77007), Carbon Black.

How to use

1. Remove brush from lid and dip into cream eyeliner (wiping off excess on edge of jar).

2. Apply eyeliner along the lash line in small smooth strokes.

3. Build until desired intensity is achieved.

4. For a smoky eye look, smudge eyeliner along the upper and lower lash line and blend out.

TIP: Can also be used as an eyeshadow base to make pigments.

It stays wet long enough to smudge out for a Smokey eye, the brush isn’t the best for a fine line point end wing but the product is still good
