With a decadent texture, the NEW Lip Elixir Nourishing Lip Treatment is perfect for use on its own as an overnight treatment or over lipstick to give a glossy sheen – without being sticky or uncomfortable.
1. Apply all over the lips as required.
2. Use alone, as a base before lipstick application, or on top of lipstick to add a glossy finish.
TIP: Can be mixed with matte liquid lipsticks to create a more satin finish.
