With a unique 4-tip applicator, this pen replicates the look of natural brow hairs, giving you a naturally full brow look instantly. The highly pigmented formula dries down to a smudge-proof, water-resistant finish that will stay on through sweating and swimming - perfect for the summer months!
1. Angle pen so 4-tip applicator is parallel to your brow [horizontal]
2. Draw small, hair-like strokes starting from the base of the brow and flicking upwards
3. Fill in brow until desired look is achieved
